JASON Clark is a doubt for Warrington Wolves' Challenge Cup semi final against Castleford Tigers.

The forward limped out of The Wire's 62-18 win at Salford Red Devils during the first half.

He did not return to the field and spent the rest of the game with an ice pack strapped to his calf.

In his post-match press conference, head coach Steve Price confirmed Clark would be assessed next week to determine whether or not he will be fit to face the Tigers at Leigh Sports Village.

There is better news on props Mike Cooper and Joe Philbin, both of whom are expected to be fit for next week's game.

Cooper missed the trip to the AJ Bell Stadium with a slight knock while Philbin was withdrawn during the game as a precaution.

"Coops is fine. He will be ready to go next week," Price said.

"Philbo’s fine also – he will be ready too for Castleford.

"Jason Clark’s got a bit of a lower leg injury. We’ll know more about that early next week."
