JOE Talbot has certainly been busy since motor racing got started again.
The Warrington motorcycle racer has already had three race meetings in the recent past as well as testing with the British Superbike Championship (BSB).
He now leads the both the Thundersport GB Elite 600 and the No Limits Racing Pirelli Elite 600 championships but his main aim is racing in the BSB Pirelli National Junior Superstock Championship aboard his JR Performance 636 Kawasaki.
Joe said: “So far, 2021 has been going really well – I am looking forward to racing at the British Superbikes again and my aim is to keep progressing.”
In between winning all five races on offer in the first two No Limits rounds – three at Donington Park and two at his home track at Oulton Park – Talbot finished sixth in the first official BSB test at Silverstone.
His team went straight from the second No Limits meet to Snetterton for the Elite 600 series and despite having no testing, he put the bike into third place in qualifying.
That weekend ended with a win plus two more podium finishes, but he remained at the Norfolk circuit for the second BSB test.
He was second-fastest in both sessions on day one before mastering wet conditions on day two to be the fastest on track.
