TOM Lineham has once again fallen foul of the RFL's Match Review Panel and has been handed another lengthy ban.
The Warrington Wolves winger is set to miss the next three matches after being hit with a Grade C charge of striking off the ball during Sunday's Challenge Cup win over Swinton Lions.
Lineham has been charged with a late hit on a Swinton player in the 45th minute of The Wire's 32-8 win.

He will now miss Super League matches against Hull FC, Catalans Dragons and Hull KR.
It is the latest in a long line of disciplinary incidents Lineham has had - he missed the last eight games of the 2020 season after being banned for a "squirrel grip" on Castleford's Alex Foster in September.
When this latest ban is complete, he will have missed 17 games through suspension since joining The Wire ahead of the 2016 season.
Swinton's Deane Meadows has also been hit with a ban after an incident in the same game.
He has been given a one-match penalty notice for a Grade B shoulder charge in the 22nd minute.
