WIRE Futsal are aiming to take their organisation to the next level.

To help them do that, they have enlisted the help of one of the game’s most respected brands.

Spanish sportswear giants KELME have entered into a three-year link-up with the Warrington-based futsal operator, which provides FA-sanctioned youth leagues and a comprehensive programme of events and tournaments.

The KELME brand will be introduced throughout the Wire Futsal regional leagues and within their expanding network of Wire Futsal Super Centres.

“We are delighted to announce KELME as one of our key strategic partners,” Wire Futsal director Karl Burns said.

“We believe this collaboration will help continue to raise the positive profile of futsal across the UK.”

Futsal is a small-sided version of football played on an indoor court with a heavier ball to place more emphasis on technical ability.

In establishing itself as one of the game’s biggest brands, KELME are former sponsors of Spain’s professional futsal league and are currently technical partners to EFL Championship side Watford.

“Everyone at Kelme UK is thrilled at this exciting collaboration,” their UK brand manager Robert Lowe said.

“Our aim is to give futsal players a brand they can really identify with.

“We would like to thank Karl at Wire Futsal for the opportunity to form what will hopefully be a great partnership.”
