GREENALLS PSO kept up their perfect start to the new Cheshire Football League season on Saturday.
They had to come from behind to do it but eventually, Greens coasted to a 4-1 Premier Division victory over Congleton reserves at Long Lane.
Ben McWilliams’ first-half double saw them lead at the break while substitute Przem Staniszewski made it 3-1 with a whipped left-footed shot.
The best was yet to come, though, as Callum Burgess scored from inside his own half to seal the victory.
Eagle Sports and Daten both slipped to home defeats in the other Premier Division games involving Warrington sides.
Eagle lost 2-1 to Broadheath Central, with Luke Sutton scoring, while Daten were beaten 1-0 by Poynton.
