WARRINGTON Wolves' kids gave their all at Salford but ultimately the nine-match unbeaten run is over.

Wire were 18-6 in front at half-time after scores from Nathan Roebuck on debut, Josh Thewlis and Riley Dean, all converted by Dec Patton.

Wales' all-time record try scorer and ex-Wire winger Rhys Williams pulled a score back just before the break, with Krisnan Inu goaling.
