WHO could forget the last time Warrington Wolves visited Wigan Warriors in the opening round of a Super League season?
The year was 2007, the occasion was Adrian Morley's debut and around 5,000 Wire fans filled the North Stand to see it.
Safe to say the snowy night didn't go to plan in many ways but nevertheless The Wire came away with two points.
Moz's evening ended early with a displaced fracture of the eye socket.
Stand-off Chris Bridge bowed out after only six minutes with a hamstring injury.
But tries from another debutant Vinnie Anderson and winger Richie Barnett, plus four goals from Lee Briers, saw Warrington home.
Wolves' defence was magnificent - together, fast off the mark and aggressive, making it appear impenetrable to anything other than a kick over the top.
And that was against a Wigan attack stacked with internationals, including two Test half backs Trent Barrett and Thomas Leuluai.
Big hits went flying in left, right and centre from Wolves' hungry pack men, led by Jon Clarke, Ben Westwood and Anderson.
Wolves were just as impressive in possession, playing the right balance of football in treacherous conditions.
They were direct when they had to be, with forwards and backs taking it in turns to run over the top of Warriors, and threw the ball around when they saw the opportunity to strike.
That confident and controlled approach led to the two well-worked tries to put Wolves 12-2 in control during the first half.
Wigan did fire back with second-half tries from Mark Calderwood, from a kick, and David Vaealiki, from a try-line offload, but Briers' boot kept Wolves in command.
