ALEX Byrne has left Warrington Town, the club have confirmed.
The winger, who was Yellows' first summer signing prior to the 2019/20 campaign, leaves having made 15 appearances for the club.
While he was a regular fixture in the side in the early stages of the campaign, Byrne has fallen out of favour of late with the likes of Jack Banister and the returning Jack Dunn favoured.
Byrne scored once for Town – the opener in the 4-0 FA Cup replay win over City of Liverpool – and got into double figures for assists.
