CHRIS Hill and Gareth Widdop look set to start for Great Britain against the Tongan Invitational XIII on Saturday, subject to official confirmation.

Warrington Wolves co-captain Hill is in the front row while incoming signing Widdop is in the halves alongside Jackson Hastings after Wayne Bennett named his 21-man squad for the game in Hamilton.

Jack Hughes and Daryl Clark have both been named among the reserves while Blake Austin and Joe Philbin miss out altogether.

The squad will be trimmed to a final 19 on Friday, the day before the game.

Bennett has been known to shuffle his named team around during his stint as England head coach and is free to do so if he wishes on this occasion.
