ADAM Fletcher insists there is “no need to panic” at Lymm and is confident Saturday’s clash with Rossendale will see his side get back on track.

Lymm have not won since the opening day of the season, picking up a draw and two defeats – including Saturday’s 46-6 reverse at leaders Billingham – since.

However, Fletcher says his young side will only get better with experience.

“We were beaten by a very good and experienced team. Any team that comes away with points at Billingham will have played extremely well,” he said.

“The score line isn’t pretty but there’s no need to panic.

“We have to be more accurate with our skills, more disciplined and stronger in defence for longer periods.

“The boys are looking forward to putting things right and we’re confident that we will get the performance required against Rossendale next week.

“The team is only going to get better as the young boys each week are gaining more and more experience.”

Two Cormac Nolan penalties provided Lymm’s only points on Teeside as they saw James Pitcher and Matty Hand sin-binned on separate occasions.
