RYLANDS will only face a short trip for their first ever FA Cup tie.

Blues have been drawn away to fellow North West Counties League Premier Division outfit Runcorn Town in the extra preliminary round, with the tie taking place on Saturday, August 10.

The preliminary round draw has also taken place, so the winners of the tie will face BetVictor Premier Division side Radcliffe on August 24.

Rylands are also in the draw for the FA Vase, in which they will welcome Athersley Recreation to Gorsey Lane in the first qualifying round on August 31.

Should they win that tie, they will be at home again to either St Helens Town or Rossington Main on September 14.
