DAN Cliffe completed the Lymm Festival double on Sunday.
The former student at Bridgewater High School and Priestley College defended the 10k trail race title he won last year but this time collect the 5k title too.
Cliffe, who hails from Latchford and started out at Warrington Athletics Club, won both races comfortably for Liverpool Harriers to add to his Warrington 10k success 10 days earlier.

Lymm Runners' Jonathan Smith and Spectrum Striders' Robert Hough were second and third in the 10k. Warrington Athletics Club’s under 20s runner Jack Wadsworth finished fourth in the one-lap event.
Lymm Runners' Alison Roberts was second woman to finish the 5k race, while Spectrum Striders' Liz Whitfield was first woman home in the two-lap contest.
