THERE will be at least two changes to the Warrington Wolves side that faces Wakefield Trinity on Friday.

Having been given a rest for Saturday's 16-14 defeat at Hull KR, Daryl Clark and Joe Philbin will return to Steve Price's side.

Harvey Livett's loan move to Rovers opens up one spot on the bench, but Price says he has not yet decided who else will drop out.

The head coach did confirm Ryan Atkins was fully fit and available again after a hamstring injury.

The centre was named in The Wire's 19-man squad for the trip to KCOM Craven Park but missed out on the matchday 17.

"Daryl and Joe will definitely come back in this week," Price said.

"We’ve still got another training session to go until I make the final call but we’ve got 20 players available and itching to go.

"Rhino just had a bit of tightness in his hamstring at the back end of the week.

"He’s trained every session since then and got flogged over the weekend.

"He’s working hard so he’s one of a number of players who will come back into consideration for this week.

"Everyone’s fit and healthy – no new injuries to report."

Price also provided an update on Stefan Ratchford's recovery from pectoral surgery.

"It’s been four-and-a-half weeks since Stef had his operation," he said.

"I spoke to him this morning – he’s flying and doing really well.

"He’s in a good place and has been really meticulous and thorough in his recovery.

"I’m not quite sure when he’ll be back just yet but he’s doing well."
