WARRINGTON Wolves legend Les Boyd will be visiting the town later this year and an event has been arranged so that fans can catch up with him.
The former Australia Test prop forward became a fans' favourite at Wilderspool when he joined the club for several spells between 1985 and 1989, making 86 appearances.

Highlight of his time in primrose and blue was as captain of the 1986 Premiership Trophy winning team when he collected the Harry Sunderland Trophy as the man of the match.
Boyd, now 62, toured this country twice with the Kangaroos and played his club rugby in Australia with Western Suburbs (1976-79) and Manly (1980-84).
During his time in Warrington he made many friends and has returned numerous times to catch up.
When he visits this summer, 30 years after his last game for The Wire against Wigan in the Milwaukee exhibition match, fans will be able to join him for dinner at The Halliwell Jones Stadium on Sunday, September 8, kick-off 1.30pm.
'An Audience with Warrington Legend Les Boyd' will include Boydie being interviewed by his former Wire teammate Bob Eccles, while there will be further entertainment from comedian Josh Daniels.
Tickets are £35 each from Fisher Promotions. Contact Ray on 07792 813698.
