FANCY giving walking football a try?
A Warrington club is looking for more players.
Their two teams are called Culcheth Walkers and Culcheth Strollers, and they train at Culcheth High School every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm.
They recently organised, in conjunction with LiveWire, and took part in an over 50s competition, which they hope will become an annual event and raise money for charity.
Fifteen teams from across the north west took part, with Blackburn Blue eventually coming out on top to lift the Culcheth Cup, with the club reporting more than £3,000 being raised for Prostate Cancer UK.
