NO further disciplinary action has been taken for any of the incidents which occurred in The Wire’s clash with Hull FC on Saturday.

Ben Murdoch-Masila and Hull’s Jake Connor were both sin-binned by referee James Child in The Wire’s 19-12 defeat but neither have had charges brought against them.

Connor was yellow-carded for aiming a punch at Bryson Goodwin, but the Match Review Panel have found the England centre to have used an open hand and deemed the sin-binning sufficient.

A similar ruling was made on Murdoch-Masila after he saw yellow two minutes from the final hooter.

Connor had made an allegation of biting against a Wolves player – believed to be Declan Patton – and the incident was put on report but no action has been taken.

Sitaleki Akauola’s rampaging run that sent Scott Taylor to the ground was also reviewed by the panel for a potential raising of the knee.
