SILVERWARE successes have been achieved in Warrington Seniors' Bowls League competitions.

The Woolston A trio of John Gatley, Kevin Wainwright and S Jackson defeated clubmates K Pilkington, J Pownall and P Pownall 15-7 in the Bibby Cup Pairs Trophy.

Meanwhile, P Rowles overhauled fellow Grange A player Larry Wells 15-7 in the W Jerams Trophy showdown.
