Greenalls PSO reach President's Cup final
GREENALLS PSO will contest the Cheshire Football League President’s Cup final after a dramatic last-four victory.
They needed a penalty shoot-out to see off Garswood United, with Greens triumphing 5-4 on spot-kicks after the sides could not be separated.
Cal Burgess, Mark Hughes, Will Smith, Ellis Houghton and Luke Fisher all successfully converted from the spot as they booked a date with either Middlewich Town or Cuddington at Knutsford FC on Saturday, May 18.
Houghton had earlier got on the scoresheet for Greens as the tie ended 1-1 after normal time.
