JOSH Charnley was withdrawn from Warrington Wolves’ win against Hull KR part way through the second half with an ankle injury.
“Josh copped a bang on his ankle,” said head coach Steve Price.
“He’d been carrying it since the game against Salford on Friday.
“He did really well to even make the game today.
“He got another bang in the game today and I’m really proud of him to knock out as long as he did and then we just had to reshuffle a few players around.
Other than that, we’ve got no injury concerns.”
Ryan Atkins, Mike Cooper and Ben Westwood were other players not to feature in the second game over Easter.
“Players who missed out today was a combination of performance-based, injuries and sickness,” said Price.
“Ben Currie missed out because of the ACL injury he’s had in the past.
“Playing two games in three days off an ACL injury would not have been the smartest.
“Mike Cooper was ill and the other players was performance-based.
“I’ve got a good headache now for next Sunday at home to Huddersfield. We’ve got Jake Mamo coming back into consideration next week also.”
