WARRINGTON Wolves Women marked their first ever home game with their maiden victory in the Women’s Championship.
A healthy crowd watched on at Victoria Park as Samantha Simpson’s hat-trick helped them to a 40-10 thrashing of neighbours Widnes Vikings.
England international Danielle Bound scored twice for Lee Westwood’s side while there were further tries for Jen Pickersgill, Sophie Cowle and skipper Roxy Murdoch.
