AFTER spending the first 10 minutes of this game defending their own try line, Warrington’s under 15s romped to an impressive victory.
Their early defensive efforts were rewarded with two breakaway tries from Jacob Arrowsmith and Jack Whittaker, with the latter coming from a beautiful cross-field kick from Jack Bailey.
They were the only points of the first half, but Warrington stretched away in the second as Bailey turned from provider to scorer.
Jim Hartill, Jack Dunn, Jude Lightfoot, Cam Sutcliffe and a superb long-range effort from Nathan Bass saw them hit the half-century mark.
Warrington host Leicester side Ashby on Saturday, kick off 11.30am.
