GEORGE King's move from The Wire to Wakefield has finally been officially confirmed.

The prop's switch to the Mobile Rocket Stadium has long been rumoured, with the Ireland international confirming he was heading for Trinity after the Challenge Cup Final.

The Wire then announced him as one of seven players leaving the club at season's end, and now he has signed a two-year deal with Chris Chester's side.

The 23-year-old leaves Wolves having made 97 appearances in primrose and blue.
