TORONTO Wolfpack forward Andrew Dixon has escaped a ban for his punch on The Wire's Harvey Livett.
The RFL's Match Review Panel handed the former St Gregory's High School pupil a Grade A punching charge, but the on-field red card was deemed as sufficient punishment.
A challenge on the Warrington youngster by Dixon led to a fracas in which the Wolfpack man landed a punch to Livett's face.
Referee Ben Thaler showed him a red card and The Wire went on to record a 66-10 victory to reach the Challenge Cup quarter-finals.
No charges were picked up by Wire players from the match.
