A CATERING company in the town has been doing their bit to support Great Sankey-based Warrington Youth Club by cooking up 150 hot Christmas dinners for the charity's family festive day.
Jasper’s Catering Services, based on Howley Lane, have offered to help the cause host the party on December 23 with more than 150 young people expected to attend.
Owner Nick Blake said: “To be part of this event and contribute with what we know best was an easy decision for us at Jaspers Warrington, and we are looking forward to meeting the families and enjoy an early Christmas Day with them.”
In addition to supplying the food and cooking the meals, Jaspers have also pledged to help Warrington Youth Club increase their fundraising target to £1,000, from the £500 required to put the event on, so youngsters can each take home a gift.
The club are still looking for donations of food, gifts and wrapping paper or visit uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/Jaspers or call 581227.
