A WARRINGTON vet surgery is celebrating being ranked as one of the top 25 best practices in the UK thanks to purr-fect five-star ratings from pet owners.

Beech House Veterinary Centre, on Wilderspool Causeway, has also seen its excellent care and customer service recognised in Vet Help Direct's annual 'Best UK Vets' awards.

Over 170 reviews were left on the Vet Help Direct website, helping the centre to secure an overall maximum rating of five stars from satisfied customers.

Sarah Cunningham, Practice Manager at Beech House, says everyone is delighted to have made the top 25 list, especially because the rankings are based on direct reviews from clients.

She said: "It is a great acknowledgement and reward for everyone, particularly because it's based on independent reviews from clients.

Warrington Guardian:

"We've got a big team here at Beech House including six vets, five qualified nurses, eight trainee nurses, an office manager and six receptionists.

"Clients come to us from all over the country and we put client care at the foremost of what we do, so it's nice to get recognition.”

Great Sankey cat owner Julie Morandini-Rose also paid tribute to the 'fantastic' staff at Beech House, adding that it came as no surprise that the practice she has been using for 15 years had been named as one of the best.

"I'm not surprised at all, as I've had many, many cats over the years, three of which lived until they were 22, and Beech House have always been fantastic for me,” said Julie.

Warrington Guardian:

“They really helped me with my beautiful cat Woody who unfortunately died last year, but he was 19 and they helped me give him the best of care and the best life.

"Everyone is so friendly and helpful, if I have an emergency they always find a way to push me in and they're a very good team.

"I've never had to complain about anything which says it all."
