A BUSINESS park has recognised the steps employers are taking to ensure employee wellbeing.

Litmos Heroes, MPP Global, and Cavendish Nuclear were crowned winners of The Birchwood Park Expect More Awards, a scheme designed to recognise park occupiers for their excellent approach to employee workplace wellbeing.

Due to the number of quality entries, the team at Birchwood Park in Risley created three categories to recognise small, medium and large office occupiers.

The Expect More Award for small offices went to Litmos Heroes, a company providing a fun and unique off-the-shelf library of content for learning and training.

MMP Global won the medium offices award and the award for large offices was given to Cavendish Nuclear, the UK’s leading nuclear services company.

Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park said: "We were thoroughly impressed with the range of entries we received for our inaugural Birchwood Park Expect More Awards, and thrilled to recognise Litmos Heroes, MPP Global and Cavendish Nuclear for their fantastic approach to workplace wellbeing.

"It’s great to see so many of our occupiers get involved with a huge number of our on-site activities, including the onsite yoga sessions, fun runs, lunchtime walks and allotments.

"Each of our deserving winners embody everything we strive to achieve here on Birchwood Park by creating an altogether different approach to business, moving away from traditional and stuffy office environments and putting a real focus on the improving the overall wellbeing of their employees, and making it easier for all to access."
