McDee's, Culcheth

Warrington Guardian:

The traditional afternoon tea is £15 or if you fancy pushing the boat out you can have a sparkling McDee’s afternoon tea for £20.

All afternoon teas comes with a selection of sandwiches, fresh salad, crisps, homemade coleslaw and quiche as well as some McDee’s sweet treats and of course a fresh scone with fruit, jam and cream. 

Patisserie Valerie, town centre

Warrington Guardian:

One of the newcomers for 2018, this Golden Square venue offers afternoon tea for two including traditional finger sandwiches, scones and mini versions of its cake treats for £25. 

Dark Side of the Spoon, Warrington Market

Warrington Guardian:

Due to open later this week, this alternative afternoon tea includes mini burgers, halloumi fries and cake pops. 

Kenyon Hall Farm, Croft

Warrington Guardian:

You'll have to wait until the end of August to try this one as service is suspended during the busy school holidays. 

Options include the traditional, vegetarian, vegan or gluten free afternoon tea for £14.99 per person or for the same price the gentleman's afternoon tea which includes a pork pie and a wedge of cheese and crackers. 

A children's afternoon tea is also available for £7.99.

Dormouse Tearooms, Daresbury

Warrington Guardian:

The traditional afternoon tea includes a sandwich selection, classic scones with jam and clotted cream and a selection of home made cakes 
with a pot of tea or drink of your choice for £17.50.

Or you could have the rustic afternoon tea with sandwiches, 
home made quiche, pork pie and pickle, classic scones with jam and clotted cream and a selection of home made cakes with a pot of tea or drink of your choice for £21.50.

All afternoon teas must be pre-booked in advance and a deposit of £5 per head is required.

The White Hart, town centre

Warrington Guardian:

Packages include an afternoon tea for £12.95 per person, tipsy tea for £15.95 per person including two glasses of prosecco each and the cocktails and cakes afternoon tea for £17.95 per person including two cocktails per person.

Statham Lodge, Lymm

Warrington Guardian:

The traditional afternoon tea is £16 per person including a selection of sandwiches, warm scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream, an assortment of cakes and pastries and a pot of tea or coffee. 

The Squire’s Afternoon Tea is £16 per person and includes warm savoury cheese scones with chutney and pickle or you can add prosecco for £20 per person or champagne for £25 per person. 

Hallmark Hotel, Old Knutsford Road

Warrington Guardian:

Get your voucher before August 20 to save £20 on afternoon teas with their 2-for-1 offer. 

The spread includes a selection of finger sandwiches, a variety of cakes and pastries and classic scones served with strawberry jam and clotted cream.

Liberty's Gin Bar and American Diner, Culcheth

Warrington Guardian:

Options include an afternoon tea including tea for £12.95 or a Prosecco afternoon tea for £17.95.

They include a selection of sandwiches, quiche and salad with scones, clotted cream, jam and fresh fruit and a selection of fresh cream cakes, macaroons and mini cakes.

White Lace Cakes, Warrington Market

Warrington Guardian:

Opening this weekend, this wedding cake makers have now also launched 'The Bakeaway' serving afternoon tea, cakes and homemade baked goods. 

Afternoon teas will be £12.95 per person.
