Fred and Peter Done, who head up Birchwood-based BetFred, are at 18.
Bill Holroyd, Wolves board member and backer of Onside Warrington Youth Club, is 29. The philanthropist has invested in more than 20 start-up and second stage companies in the 20 years to 2015.
Matt Crampton, managing director of Muse, the company behind the current Bridge Street renovations, is listed at 34.
Chief executive of Birchwood-based Sellafield, Paul Foster, is 55th.
At 80 is chief executive of Great Sankey-based United Utilities, Steve Mogford.
While in 86th is Warrington Borough Council chief executive and Warrington Wolves chairman Steven Broomhead.
Top of the list is new Manchester Metro Mayor Andy Burnham.
