BURTONWOOD Primary School held a fairtrade coffee morning to raise funds for charity and to mark Fairtrade Fortnight.
Pupils enjoyed a fun-filled morning finding out how fairtrade works and what is achieved from its products.
Year six gave a presentation about what they had learned and this was followed with a singsong by the choir, which was watched by about 40 parents and grandparents. The event raised £94.67 for Oxfam.
