DISCARDED bird food has set the cat among the pigeons at St Thomas' Church.
Wardens of the London Road church say its grounds have become overrun with pigeons due to unknown people scattering bird food.
Patrick Mullee, grounds keeper, said: "It's disgusting. We just want whoever is doing this to stop because it attracts the birds and they are leaving their mess for the church to clean up."
