PENKETH Parish Council hasbeen told speed signs can be installed if funding for them can be found.
Residents and councillors have raised concerns about speeding drivers on Warrington Road, Penketh, but have been told equipment to prevent it would cost £7,300 to install and an annual maintenance cost of £500.
The parish council said it would be looking into whether funding was available.
