A ROW between Manchester City Council and Warrington Borough Council will be the main topic for discussion at a meeting on Monday.
Members of the executive board will meet to discuss Manchester's latest objections to Warrington's plans to develop the Omega site.
Bosses in Manchester say the plans should be delayed in the light of "new evidence" but officers in Warrington have rubbished these claims and recommended that councillors in Warrington plough on with the plans.
