BOROUGH mayor, Cllr Barbara Bickerton, is on a mission!
Looking to improve health in the borough, the mayor is currently concentrating on the importance of a good diet.
And to get her message across, She paid a visit to Crewe's Market Hall, last Friday, to hand out healthy eating leaflets to shoppers.
"In Crewe and Nantwich, we have the unenviable record of having one of the highest amounts of coronary heart disease in the country," she said.
"So we all need to think about what we are eating and make those important changes to our eating habits if we want to stay healthy."
