HALTON snooker star Andrew Higginson will be hoping to be on cue when he travels to Mansfield to compete in the Benson and Hedges Snooker Championship.
Andrew will be one of 211 competitors taking part in the tournament at the Towers Snooker Club, between November 4 and 15.
The competition boasts a £5,000 purse as well as a wild card entry into the B&H Masters next February for the winner.
The Benson and Hedges Snooker Championship is open to all professional players outside the top 16 in the world rankings and will include top stars including James Wattana, Tony Drago, Nigel Bond and Darren Morgan.
Former tournament champions include Ronnie O'Sullivan, Ken Doherty and Mark Williams.
