I WOULD be ever grateful if you print this thank-you letter to Dr Vaughan, Dr Holden and to all the girls at the health centre at Station Road, Haydock and to Mr Reg Crook and his wife Anne.

The shop in Church Road, Haydock and to my very good neighbours, Mr and Mrs Stowell, Barry and Wendy of Penny Lane, Mr Joseph Ogden of Jubilee Crescent and Mrs Shaw who were kind to me when I was in hospital.

I may not have ten million quid, but ten million 'thank yous' go to Dr Vaughan, who ordered the ambulance to get me to hospital. God bless you all. You're all in my prayers.
