MUSEUM visitors are being given a glimpse into the centuries of industry upon which Warrington's fortunes were founded.
Months of preparation and research have gone into the new Warrington At Work exhibition at the town's museum.
Last week the Guardian featured snapshots of the town's illustrious boxing past, which will form part of next year's Warrington At Leisure follow-on.
But this opening gambit focuses firmly on the likes of Crosfields, Rylands, Cockhedge Mill and Greenalls.
Heather McAlpine, Gateway Through Time project officer, is keen for anyone with memories of Warrington's factories and plants to get in touch with her on 442396.
