SNOW: Dalek spotted in Latchford!
ASIDE from the snowmen there was an unusual creation in Latchford this morning - all the way from Skaro!
This dalek was constructed by Eloise Marley, aged 10, left, and Leah Brooker, aged 11 on Enville Street.
