AUSTRALIAN five piece The Panics will perform in Liverpool tomorrow, Friday, when they support Paolo Nutini at the Academy.

The live set will co-incide with the release of their first single Don’t Fight It, to be released on May 18, and album Cruel Guards which is out on June 1.

The Panics have already sold out a stream of UK shows and drawn admirers from their live performances, including Kings of Leon who wanted them to join them on tour.

They have also already supported Morrissey, Noel Gallagher, Supergrass, Grandaddy, Badly Drawn Boy and Happy Mondays.
