Hi james, For the past 8 or so months my bed keeps shaking at night and it keeps waking me up. Could you please find out who it is as I know that its some ghost and find out what they want. Thanks. Sharon, West Sussex X
Hi Sharon, when we go bed are body does go into a close down mode and as this happens we can lose control of our bodies.
We can unconsciously shake or even lean on a nerve with in our bodies that can feel like we are shaking like a trapped nerve. My advise if the bed shakes again get out of bed walk around the bedroom and then get back in bed.
I also feel if you sleep in the same position for long periods of the night with out moving your body will ache and will give you a feeling as though you have a trapped nerve or on a pulse so your body will shake.
Before you jump to a ghost or spirit doing it I would try what I have said here.
