MORE police officers have been deployed to patrol areas across Warrington this evening, Wednesday.
Cheshire Police has confirmed that there is an increased visible officer presence in the town tonight.
This is to crack down on anti-social behaviour as the Halloween period starts.
Police say they have already attended Orford Park following reports of youths misbehaving, with anyone who witnesses crime being urged to report it.
The force’s Warrington Police team said: “There will be an increased officer presence across Warrington tonight to provide reassurance for anyone who may have any concerns over the Halloween period.
“Officers have already responded to several reports of youths committing anti-social behaviour around the area of Orford Park.
“If you have been a victim of crime this Halloween, please do not suffer alone. Report it to us via our website, on 101, or 999 in an emergency.”
