A Warrington-based firm has announced an expansion of its senior leadership team, as part of plans to grow by 80 per cent over the next 18 months.
Lignum Group, a talent acquisition and search company, has also revealed a new commercial division.
This follows several high-profile client wins and record profits in 2024.
The company, based in The Hive in Sankey Street, said these changes are aimed at increasing value for clients, 70 per cent of whom are based in North America, while maintaining its strong roots in the north west.
The new commercial division will explore business opportunities in the UK and beyond.
Adam Tilston, former owner of Resin Marketing, and Rick Fahey, formerly of People 2.0, have been appointed as commercial director and business development manager, respectively.
The company said this addition will enhance its ability to provide specialised recruitment services in the high-demand construction sectors it serves.
Tom Wood, CEO of Lignum Group, said: "We are thrilled to expand our senior team with these critical new roles.
"Our success in 2024 has been driven by our deep understanding of niche construction sectors and our ability to connect top talent with leading companies, particularly in North America.
"With the new commercial division and enhanced client services, we can build on our momentum and achieve our ambitious growth targets."
Lignum Group has also announced plans to expand its team in the coming months.
This growth will support the company’s goal of increasing its footprint in the North American market while maintaining its commitment to serving UK-based clients from its Warrington headquarters.
Mr Wood added: "Our decision to keep our HQ in Warrington underscores our commitment to local talent, even as we expand our reach globally.
"We’re excited about the future and are confident that these changes will help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates alike."
