A MAIN road was closed following a crash between a car and a wagon.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Manchester Road in Rixton at around 3.15pm this afternoon, Monday.
Officers found the incident, which happened near to Warburton Bridge Road, involved a Hyundai Kona and a Mercedes wagon.
According to a Cheshire Police spokesperson, no injuries have been reported.
The road was reopened at around 4.20pm but queuing traffic has been reported in the area.
