A TEACHER has started a unique YouTube channel exploring Warrington and the north west on his bike, gaining thousands of subscribers.
Kieran Gallimore, who lives in Great Sankey, started his YouTube Channel named Bimblism three years.
He regularly posts his bike rides around the north west on the social media platform.
The Priestley College guitar teacher now has 3,687 subscribers and is currently gaining more than 350 a month.
“The premise of the channel is that I ride my bike around the north west, stopping and giving the history of landmarks, rivers, canals, factories and hidden things people may not know about,” he said.
“I started riding my bike regularly in 2019 and started going on long rides between towns and into the country.
“It wasn’t something I had considered before, but you can travel a long way on a bicycle.
“I noticed lots of interesting things on my adventures and thought people would like to see and hear about them, so I put the two together.”
A lot of Kieran’s videos are based in Warrington, as it is where he’s lived all his life, with one recent upload exploring Lymm.
The 39-year-old has put on three live events in the past year, as well as posting online, and will be hosting a new show on Sunday.
Bimblism Live will take place at The White Hart, on Sankey Street, at 5.30pm and is open to people of all ages.
