ANOTHER unauthorised encampment has been reported in Warrington.
A total of 12 caravans and associated towing vehicles have been reported on land at Hollins Park Country Club in Winwick.
This is according to an unauthorised encampment log for Cheshire and Warrington operated by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The encampment was uploaded onto the log by the Cheshire and Warrington Traveller Team yesterday afternoon, Thursday.
It states that the group arrived yesterday on the privately-owned land, with Cheshire Police officers requested to attend.
It comes after 10 caravans and towing vehicles pitched up unauthorised on the car park of B&Q in Winwick.
The group arrived at the Delph Lane site on Tuesday, with bailiffs called to attend due to the land being privately owned.
It has been confirmed that caravans have now left the site.
