A POPULAR town centre venue is available to let.
According to Zoopla, the pub and bar element of Friars Court are available for use as a café, restaurant, or bar.
Friars Court, on Barbauld Street, was refurbished over lockdown, now boasting a fully functioning kitchen and pizza oven.
“It is unique in that it has a courtyard area that is sheltered and could be developed further,” the listing reads.
Over the years, the venue has hosted many well known names for performances.
These include the likes of Catfish and the Bottlemen – who were regular visitors early in their career, Viola Beach, The Sherlocks and The Lathums.
The listing continues: “The venue works as a hospitality businesses in it's own right, attracting customers with their food and drink offer and hugely popular courtyard area.”
Friars Court is listed to let at £35,000 per annum.
