WARRINGTON and North Cheshire Bowls Association's feature event of the season, the Challenge Cup Final, takes place on Saturday.
It will be the second final of the day in a double header at Monks Sports Club, off Hillock Lane, Woolston.
The first of the two Monday night league showdowns, the Finlayson Cup Final, will start at noon and features last year’s Challenge Cup winners St Albans going for more silverware taking on Eagle B.
Following on from that at 3pm will be the Challenge Cup Final, which is an all-Section A clash featuring St Oswald’s A up against Orford War Memorial A.
St. Oswald’s were last year’s runners-up who will be looking to go one better this time around, but will have to give OWM a +5 start on the aggregate which may be crucial come the end of the 10 matches.
