DARYL Powell has explained the impact fans can have on players as he urges everyone to help get his Warrington Wolves team over the line against Toulouse Olympique.

“The fans always have a part to play and for 80 minutes, which is important for us," said The Wire head coach.

“Get behind the boys, stay behind the boys. They are working hard, and the last four weeks we’ve been in a few battles that have gone against us but we absolutely need the fans through this game.

“We need to make this stadium feel like it’s buzzing and I think it’s absolutely pivotal to what we want to do for the remainder of this season.

“I have a lot of people coming up to me and talking to me on a regular basis about understanding where we’re at, where we’re going and what we’re trying to achieve, and I know not everybody sees that, but whether you see it or not, this right here and now is a pivotal game for us and we need to get it right.

“The fans always play a big part on a vibe on the field. What does that vibe look and feel like? They can 100 per cent make a difference by being behind the players for a full 80 minutes.”

Wolves are running a 'Kids for a Quid' entry offer for this game. See details at the club's website.
