This will be taking place in the Platinum Lounge at The Halliwell Jones Stadium on Wednesday, August 17, from 7pm to 8.30pm.
As part of the event, Wolves' Australian forward Jason Clark will talk about his rugby league career in the NRL and Super League and his plans for next season in France.
There will be updates from coaches and captains from all of the club's teams.
And the July player-of-the-month awards will be presented to the scholarship, academy and women's teams.
A question and answer session will also take place.
Entry is free to Supporters' Trust and Squadbuilder (WWST) paying members, or £2 on the door for non-members.
The event will be followed by the Warrington Wolves Supporters' Trust annual meeting.
