TWO junior rugby league players are taking on a huge running challenge in aid of their team.
Woolston Rovers u12s pair Warren Robinson and Finlay James will run 12km per day on 12 consecutive days.
Having begun their efforts on Tuesday, February 8, the challenge will continue until Saturday, February 19.
They are hoping to raise funds in order to allow their team to compete in the North West Counties League as well as to support a host of charities.
Hundreds of pounds have already been donated.
A club spokesman said: “Everybody at Woolston Rovers wishes Warren and Finlay the very best of luck.”
