A WARRINGTON animal charity is appealing for support in a bid to help a paralysed puppy.
It is believed that the paralysis in Mango’s back legs is the result of ‘bad breeding’.
The seven-month-old British bulldog came in to the care of Warrington Animal Welfare and they are doing everything they can to give her the best life possible.
A spokesperson said: “The vet believes the paralysis in her back legs is result of bad breeding.
“Mango is booked into have a full MRI at a specialist and then we will be looking at the best options for her.
“The conservative estimate for helping Mango is upwards of £2,500 and we are hoping that you, our wonderful supporters, would be able to contribute to Mango’s veterinary costs.”
Volunteers have described Mango as a ‘happy and loving girl’.
A post on the charity’s Facebook page said: “Unlike Mango’s breeder, we won’t leave her and will do everything we can to try and give her the best life.”
